Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these bylaws is to stipulate the positioning and treatment of organizations (hereinafter referred to as “Supporting Organizations”) that agree with the intent and activities of the Japan International Influencer Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”).

Article 2 (Intent of Support)

Supporting Organizations shall agree with the following principles aimed at by the Association:

  • Promotion of the sound and highly reliable utilization of influencers
  • Promotion of international information dissemination and exchange
  • Creation of social value through the co-creation of corporations, local governments, and creators

Article 3 (Qualifications for Supporting Organizations)

Supporting Organizations shall be corporations, associations, local governments, educational institutions, or other organizations that agree with the purpose of the Association.

Article 4 (Registration)

Supporting Organizations shall be registered by expressing their intent to support the Association through the method prescribed by the Association. The Association will review the content and determine whether to accept the registration.

Article 5 (Membership Fees)

The membership categories and annual fees for Supporting Organizations are as follows:

  • Basic Member: Free
  • Silver Member: 100,000 JPY annually
  • Gold Member: 300,000 JPY annually
  • Platinum Member: 500,000 JPY annually

For paid members joining in the middle of a fiscal year, the annual fee for the first year will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the period from the month of enrollment to the end of that fiscal year. The service contents for each membership category shall be separately stipulated on the Association’s website, etc.

Article 6 (Rights) Supporting Organizations may express their relationship with the Association within the following scope:

  • Listing as a Supporting Organization on the Association’s website, etc.
  • Receipt of information regarding the Association’s activities, events, etc.
  • Voluntary participation in collaboration and co-creation projects implemented by the Association

*Note: Supporting Organizations do not possess decision-making or voting rights within the Association.

Article 7 (Obligations and Restrictions)

  • When using the Association’s name or logo, Supporting Organizations must obtain prior approval from the Association.
  • The Association shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for the business activities, outcomes, or legal liabilities of the Supporting Organizations.
  • Support does not imply collaboration, business outsourcing, or an exclusive relationship.

Article 8 (Cancellation of Support)

Supporting Organizations may cancel their support registration at any time through the prescribed method. Furthermore, the Association may cancel a support registration in the following cases:

  • If there is an act that damages the credibility of the Association
  • If an act deemed socially inappropriate is recognized

Article 9 (Amendment of Bylaws)

These bylaws may be amended at the discretion of the Association.

Article 10 (Supplementary Rules)

Matters not stipulated in these bylaws shall be separately determined by the Association.
