The Japan International Influencer Association (JIIA) began operating as a preparatory office in 2023. At the beginning of September 2025, the association was formally incorporated as a general incorporated association, with the aim of further business expansion and fulfilling its social responsibilities.
From its preparatory stage, the association has been building a foundation for effective international communication by expanding networks with domestic and international influencers and related organizations, enabling companies and local governments to disseminate information overseas through trusted international networks. The incorporation marks the beginning of a more full-scale and sustainable development of these activities.
After incorporation, the association will engage in activities with a focus on international promotional support centered on influencer marketing, planning and executing strategies for municipalities and companies aimed at overseas expansion and tourism promotion, furthering exchanges with influencers and creators active overseas, and implementing educational and training programs. Through these initiatives, we aim to strengthen the international communication capabilities of member companies and municipalities and to serve as a bridge connecting Japan and the world.
For companies and municipalities that agree with our mission, we will provide the latest market information on overseas markets, create new business opportunities through matching support with local influencers and partner companies, and offer practical support to enhance domestic sales capacity while reducing export costs. In addition, by providing opportunities for international exchange through seminars and events, we will support the expansion of recognition and the building of track records both domestically and internationally. By comprehensively promoting these efforts, we will strongly support participating organizations in advancing their overseas expansion in a more sustainable and effective manner.
The association is widely recruiting supporting companies and municipalities interested in overseas expansion and international public relations. Together with those who support us, we will disseminate the appeal of Japan to the world and contribute to the development of sustainable regional economies and international exchange.
