The Japan International Influencer Association Preparatory Office (“the Association”) is committed to excluding any relationship with anti-social forces. In accordance with Japanese government guidelines and applicable laws and regulations concerning the elimination of organized crime, the following policy applies to all agreements entered into by the Association, including all copyright license agreements.
Either party may terminate any agreement with immediate effect should the other party be identified as any of the following:
- An anti-social force, including but not limited to: an organized crime group, a member or affiliate of an organized crime group, a corporation or entity related to an organized crime group, or any other similar entity.
- A corporation or entity whose management is effectively controlled by or involves individuals associated with anti-social forces.
- A corporation or entity found to be supporting anti-social forces, whether through financial assistance or other means.
- An entity that makes violent or unreasonable demands, or uses threatening language or behavior in connection with its transactions with the other party or its affiliates.
Any party to which the above applies shall be liable for compensating the terminating party for any and all damages resulting from the termination of the agreement.
